IMSM Assessors
All IMSM's Assessors and Consultants are IRCA qualified. IMSM does not employ any unqualified Assessors.
Owen Wright FCIM
Owen Wright is the Group General Manager of IMSM and also runs the Assessor department as the Chief Assessor.
Owen is a very experienced consultant with a wide ranging expertise in management systems. He holds the IRCA recognised lead auditor qualifications in ISO/IEC 9001:2000 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management, ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Information Security and OHSAS Health and Safety. Prior to joining IMSM his experience was in industrial engineering with particular reference to large green-field site development. He has managed three major green field site projects with household name Companies where he held the Managing Director position on completion of each project. These activities developed core areas of expertise in management system development and implementation with particular reference to employee input, job definition and input and decision making from individuals. Over the past ten years his focus has been on the installation of ISO management systems for all types and sizes of organization as the internationally accepted way of discharging key areas of corporate responsibility such as quality of product and service, protection of information and compliance with legislation, the health and safety of employees and protection of the environment.
Bill Davies
Has been with IMSM since 2000. He has a background in the aircraft industry and a degree in Technological Systems as well as a masters degree in Business Administration. Bill is an IRCA qualified Lead Auditor/ Assessor on ISO/IEC 27001: 2005 and ISO/IEC 9001: 2000.
Jeremy Evans
Jeremy has been with IMSM since 2001 following senior management positions in production, planning and project management in large consumer goods companies such as Unilever, Cadbury Schweppes and Estee Lauder. IRCA qualified in ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001, Jeremy has carried out consultancy assignments in manufacturing, distribution, retailing and heavily IT dependent service companies in UK, USA and Canada and is at home in large complex jobs.
Ray Ford
Ray has been a Lead Auditor/ Assessor since 1995 and has been with IMSM since 1999. Ray is a very experienced Assessor with a large number of assignments "under his belt", working a great deal of the time in USA. Qualified as a 27001, 9001 and Tickit Assessor/ Auditor, Ray also has a diploma in Software Development. Ray is a meticulous operator who sets high standards.
Paddy Minnis
Paddy joined IMSM in 1995 and has worked in UK and USA with a large number of ISO 9001 and ISO 9100 assessments completed, independently audited and certified. Qualified in 27001 and 9001 Paddy is popular with his clients as he makes every job simple and straightforward and works hard to install the systems with minimal work and disruption for clients.
David Smart
Qualified in ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001, David has worked as a Quality Controller and a Management Consultant, and is an extremely experienced assessor/ auditor.
